Our Returns Policy
Change of Mind:
Eligible items can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase or delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with all tags and accessories attached. Proof of purchase is required.
Online Exchanges:
Customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Hygiene Items:
Earrings and other non-returnable hygiene items cannot be exchanged for change of mind.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
